Algebra II Encyclopedia Project
In the is project, we added knowledge we found about specific topics in algebra II, to the encyclopedia that ha seen continuously added to each year. After deciding on a branch or topic from algebra II we were tasked with finding practical and "real world" examples of how it was used. In my own project, I found information on the usage of polynomial functions in the profession of statistics. In doing this project I learned many things about algebra II and mathematics. I learned that mathematics can and is used in every profession but can be used in conjunction with each other and are used in ways that most people don't even realize. Part of this project was to also learn about how each of us work as a student, and through the project I learned that I needed improvement on independent research and used my multiple occasions n the project to improve. Before exhibition I need to refine my entry so that is clear to the audience what I have learned.
After completing this project I have realized that you really do use math in all aspects of your life, and that the overlap between math subjects is very large.
What I would do differently if I were to do this project again, is research a profession that was not math based.
To improve the encyclopedia, I would add definitions and small basic example of the overall subject, and make it look more professional.
My greatest strength moving forward is my ability to present my knowledge and information in a professional manner and get a message across.
My greatest weakness is that it is hard for me to pick up new concepts occasionally.

Semester Exam Project
The semester exam project tasked us with writing ten problems of varying difficulty and concepts from the chapters we studied this year, which ultimately were sorted and compiled into an exam.
(Easy, Chapter 1) Solve for x. 5x3-5=10
(Easy, Chapter 1) Graph x on a number line. 6x-34=5x
(Easy, Chapter 3) Solve the system of equations using graphing. Y=6x-9x+3
(Medium, Chapter 4) Find the vertex of the parabola. Y=12(x+3)2+5
(Medium, Chapter 4) Find the x-intercepts. 2x2+4x+2=5
(Medium, Chapter 5) Factor. 7x2+9x-6
(Hard, Chapter 6) Simplify. 169400
(Hard, Chapter 4) Simplify. (2+3i)(2+3i)
(Hard, Chapter 6) Solve for x. x+16-x=2
(Ridiculous, Chapter 10) Find the number of combinations. 100C20
